International Certification Exam


Most physicians and health professionals receive little education on nutrition, exercise, rest or social connectivity, which are the four pillars of Lifestyle Medicine. During preparation for the exam you will receive basic knowledge on all these topics and learn how to prevent, arrest and reverse chronic diseases in a scientific evidence based manner. The International Certificate is an approval that you have studied and mastered this modern discipline from the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine.


Applicant must be educated as a Medical Doctor or have PhD/Master‘s degree in any other discipline of health science or public health.


1. 30 hours of online/non-live education.
All candidates should register for Lifestyle Medicine Board Review Cource and provide the certificate of completion before the exam.
2. 1 Case study  must be provided to organizators 1 month before the exam (only for physicians).
3. 10 hours of in-person CME.
Fifth International Lifestyle Medicine Conference at Lithuanian University of Health Sciences will provide requested quantity of CME hours
Conference registration fee :
1st Day (April 11) Conference (6 hours of education) – 25 €
2nd Day (April 12) Workshop (7 hours of education)  – 15 €
All participants will receive Certificates of Attendance issued by LUHS.
